About Fundraiser Blankets®
Fundraiser Blankets® was built on a simple idea: fundraising should feel good, not painful. Co-founded by sisters Joanna Serra and Barbara Kent, our Michigan-based company designs custom blankets that schools, nonprofits, and community groups sell to raise money, something people are genuinely excited to buy instead of another candy bar or wrapping paper catalog.
That idea has taken off fast. We landed a deal on Shark Tank (Season 17), earned a spot on the INC 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America, and we're just getting started. Now we're looking for someone who can bring that same energy to conventions and trade shows nationwide, introducing new partners to a fundraising product they'll actually be proud to sell.
Role Overview
We're in our busy season, so you'll start out on the phones. As our Customer Service Champion, you'll take a high volume of inbound calls every day from schools, PTOs, PTAs, sports teams, and community groups. You'll answer questions about how our fundraising works, our products, and order details while working on a Windows PC in our CRM and other systems.
Your training will be heavily call-focused and will include working closely with our remote customer service team. Alongside the phones, you'll be a champion for the whole business: helping at events, creating social media content, and representing Fundraiser Blankets® as a community ambassador. Some days you'll be solving a customer's problem, and other days you'll be filming a quick video for Instagram or meeting families at a local event.
