R. Fathers MAD is more than just a mentoring program—it's a lifelong commitment to the young men we serve and their families. While we do not aim to replace fathers, we strive to embody the unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement that a father provides. Over the years, we’ve been embraced as an essential part of our families’ support systems—a true village working together for the benefit of our youth.
Through consistent engagement during the school year, our young men gain invaluable life and soft skills. From bonding over shared meals, attending games, and fishing by the water, to providing academic support and simply being a listening ear, these experiences foster relationships that have transformed hundreds—if not thousands—of lives. These foundational connections have proven to be life-changing, altering the trajectories of those we serve.
Our support extends to the families as well. For many mothers, siblings, and even fathers, R. Fathers MAD fills critical gaps, offering relief and a sense of shared responsibility. For parents, knowing they have a partner in raising and guiding their children brings peace of mind and renewed strength.
